Oral presentation instructions

Oral presentations should last 15 minutes + 5 minutes for questions / room change. Survishno talks should be given in english.

Please deposit your document on the session laptop before the start of the session, to avoid losing time at the beginning of your presentation.

Paper template

You will find below the templates to be used for the preparation of your manuscript. Please submit your full paper (up to 10 pages) or an extended abstract (2-3 pages) on the conference website before June 1st, 2023.
